Bylaws

The Bylaws in force were updated by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on November 26, 2024.

The Bylaws set out the Company’s fundamental characteristics, set forth the main organisational and operational rules, and foresee the composition of the corporate bodies, their powers and the related relations.

The Bylaws also describe the rights of shareholders and how they may be exercised.
