Bylaws

The By-laws in force were updated by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 26, 2023.

The By-laws set out the Company’s fundamental characteristics, set forth the main organisational and operational rules, and foresee the composition of the corporate bodies, their powers and the related relations.

The By-laws also describe the rights of shareholders and how they may be exercised.
