Manager responsible for preparing financial reports

Pursuant to article 32 of the By-laws, following the compulsory but non-binding opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Board of Directors appoints the Manager Charged with Preparing Company's Financial Reports under article 154-bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998, choosing him/her amongst the Company’s executives having proven experience in accounting and financial matters, by duly empowering him/her and granting him/her with appropriate resources in order to fulfil the duties ascribed pursuant to law.

Starting from April 24, 2024 the office is held by Mr. Pierre La Tour, Group Chief Financial Officer.
