Salvatore Ferragamo has adopted its own Organization, Management and Control Model (Model 231) aimed at ensuring adequate prevention of the commission of the crimes referred to in Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

The task of supervising the operation of and compliance with Model 231 and ensuring that it is kept up-to-date is entrusted to the Supervisory Board, which has autonomous powers of initiative and control, performs its functions outside the Company's operational processes, and is released from any hierarchical relationship within the corporate organization.

The Supervisory Board reports directly to the Company's Board of Directors, and all three members meet the eligibility requirements regarding honorability, professionalism, and independence.

The current Supervisory Board, which will conclude its term of office on the date of approval of the annual financial statements as of December 31, 2025, is composed as follows:
